About Us

Global Markets Ltd is an investment company founded in 2008, holding a license issued by the Financial Supervision Commission, for transactions with securities and investment services on the Bulgarian and global markets.
Activity of the Global Markets Ltd:
1. Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments, including intermediation for transactions in financial instruments;
2. Execution of orders for the purchase/sale of financial instruments on behalf of clients;
3. Management of individual portfolio on the base of a contract with the client, the financial instruments are by the decision of the financial consultants Global Markets Ltd., without special orders of the client;
4. Provide individual investment advice at the request of the client in connection with the execution of transactions in financial instruments by the customer;
5. Offering initial sale of financial instruments without unconditional and irrevocable commitment to acquire financial instruments on its own account;

Global Markets Ltd, acting as an investment company within the meaning of art. 5, para. 3 from ZPFI may provide the following additional services:
1. Preserving and administration of financial instruments on behalf of clients, including. custodial activities (holding of financial instruments and money of the customers in a depository institution) and related services such as management of funds received / provided collateral;
2. providing loans to make transactions with one or more financial instruments, provided that the person providing the loan involved in the transaction under terms and conditions established by ordinance;
3. provision of services related to foreign ways of payment as far as they are related to providing investment services;
4. investment research and financial analysis or other forms of general recommendation related to transactions in financial instruments;
